54mm Diameter Floating Forward Closure Open is used on Aerotech reloadable rocket motors. It allows for the motor ejection charge to be used. It was designed to be used with the Aerotech reload adapter system (spacers system) which allows you to put shorter propellant kits into longer motor casings.
